Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I’m a past customer , and just came in for 3 new watch batteries, and was greeted at the door , asked if I needed a beverage, and everyone in service was so polite and knowledgeable. The staff is all phenomenal, and the work was all done within 24 hours. I’ll be back and can’t recommend this place enough!

Jen and the entire Bremer family are absolutely hands down the best! I brought in a very sentimental jewel that had broken from its original casing with small hopes it could even be repaired and returned to a necklace. Bremer came through with what I thought was the impossible and presented me with the most beautiful setting. They are top notch in communication and listen with the upmost compassion. They have a forever customer here and I can't wait to work with them again!

I work next door to Bremer at Cloud Nine Bridal Boutique, and ever since first meeting the Bremer team, they’ve been nothing short of wonderful. What started as a great business connection turned into such a special part of my own bridal journey! I had the pleasure of working with Miranda, and she has been amazing every step of the way. She was responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping us find exactly what we envisioned. I customized my ring to fit my dream design, and Miranda made the entire process easy and exciting. She even went the extra mile by borrowing a ring for my fiancé to try so we could see if it matched his vision — and it ended up being the one! This is my first experience with Bremer Jewelry and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the replacement mount and band for her diamond. Anouk was very professional and knowledgeable about everything she showed me. I had a budget and all totaled we may have slightly exceeded that, however when the quality is considered, I probably got a deal! The work took a little long but worth the wait. My repair involved replacing several stones in a necklace. The stones were difficult to match for size etc. I was very pleased they did not ‘settle’ for close enough- but ordered several stones until they had a perfect fit. Bremer also checked and corrected any fittings that needed replacing or fixing. Well worth the time and money for the beautiful result and secure settings. I appreciate their dedication to quality whether it is with a repair or a new purchase.

Hands down the BEST JEWELER around . I went in to sell my mom’s gold and gems because I’m a costume Jewelry kinda gal . It was emotional . Michelle was a game changer . She evaluated my belongings and simply made a kind, genuine suggestion that made the mountains move . A simple “ semi-forever “ bangle ( with her gold) with a single garnet ( her precious gem & birthstone ) . I was shook to the core . PERFECT , not flashy . Then she re did my mom’s pinky ring to fit mine , and customized another piece of her jewelry to fit my style . QUE TEARS , ABOVE AND BEYOND . They made it personal and I felt like the only one in the room . Michelle and staff are everything you want in a sales person . I wear my pieces proudly , my momma being with me and the experience of a life time . THANK YOU will NEVER be enough. P.S. Absolutely stunning work by all of the experts at this store. We went in and were immediately offered refreshments before being seen by Miranda who is so much fun and so wonderful to work with. She put in a rush order for us to make sure our rings arrived on time in exactly the style and size we needed, and she even made sure the golds matched on our bands. We love that this is a family-owned small business as well and definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect rings. ♥️

Had a fantastic experience custom designing an engagement ring with Bremer Jewelry. I worked with Miranda and she was excellent in laying out the different options, communicating promptly at each step of the process and making the whole experience seamless. Bremer restored a family heirloom ring for me. This ring is perfect and I have never seen it look better. The Bremer team also created a gorgeous necklace from bits and pieces of other family jewelry. My journey started with Michelle who is the absolute best. She listened caringly to my vision. She took notes and made suggestions and then together with the fantastic and highly skilled Bremer team, my cross necklace was born. It’s stunning!
